Thurs June 21
First time doing a wod in a snazzy gym today (lots of firsts lately). Also first time doing a wod alone without some external motivation. There’s going to be a lot more of that coming up since I have access to a gym 24/7 anddd less time to get to my crossfit gym. It went ok other than the timer app I downloaded right before kept glitching and wouldn’t always count down for my next round.
5 rounds, 3 minutes amrap with 1 minute rest in between
3 power cleans 95#
6 pushups
9 air squats
4,4,4,3,3+6 for a total of 18+6 reps. first time repping pushups on my bad finger.
collarbones are hurtin from the cleans!
