Front Squats (90 sec rest):
3x3 @ 70% - 120#
2x3 @ 80% - 135#
2x2 @ 90% - 155#
Guestimated my max as 170# but this felt too light… I’ll go heavier next time

WOD:
500 m row
50 KB swings 1.5 pd 
30 pullups
500 m row

holy fuck my forearms killed after the swings. pullups felt miserable but not as bad as the last row… first 250 m was hurting then forearms kinda went numb so cranked the last 250 m. took me 3 attempts to redo my pony tail after cause my arms just didn’t feel like doing anything after this wod haha.
