We all started somewhere! Julie Foucher was crowned 2nd Fittest Women on Earth in 2012. Amazing to see how she transformed into such an amazing athlete. Keep your head up and keep training hard - good things will happen!

andddddd I just had some pulled pork and I’m feeling gooooood.
I kind of messed this rest ratio up… I was hitting lap on my timer but then realized at the end that my rest after all rounds except the first included the previous round and rest time.
Round 1 - 2:36
Rest - 1:17
Round 2 - 4:14 (but this included my previous rest time so round 2 was actually 2:57)
Rest - 2:08 (should have been 1:28)
Round 3 - 5:17 (but really 3:07)
Rest - 2:35 (should have been 1:33)
Round 4 - 5:51 (but really 3:16)
Total time of 17:55 but that doesn’t really matter. All that matters is that I stayed relatively consistent in each round…obviously last one is the slowest.
